even while I sleep
petals scatter magically
making the dawn pink
pink petals scatter
\carried on moonlight and wind
cherry tree left bare
the last petals fall
tranquility flourishes
sleep returns once more
cherry blossom nights
pink skin glowing in moonlight
tranquility fall

from the fog
a mere shadow

just a flashy star
sizzling one bright moment
then obscurity

in the morning frost
doe emerges from the mist
startling the birds

the lighthouse beckons
to the ship lost in the fog
spilling her secrets
