Day 65 -Frosted Glass- Haibun Journey View From My Window

The mirror reflects the frosted glass window. The light from a distant street lamp glows in an orange circle and the shadow branches of the pecan tree dance as they are whipped around in the wind. These far off shadows look as if they are trying to sidle into my room. I turn to look, but the glass only reflects a bit of light. I check the mirror again and the backlighted shadows return doing some from of ritual dancing know only to the trees.
