Day 5 — November Rain

I wake to the gentle popping sound of the rain dripping from the gutter and hitting the rain spot beneath my window. No light shines through the curtain. I raise the shade and peer out in the darkness. Past the neighbors, and across the road the lights of the grocery reflect on the black pavement. Squares of light upon shiny black satin. Despite the rain and dreariness, the air is not so cold. Important note in picking out the days attire. Get away with girl friend… not really just doctor’s appointment and stopping by the mall for free panties. The light is encroaching and medicine awaits. It will turn into a wonderful day.
