Haibun Journey — View from the Window

I am embarking on a personal challenge to look out my window every day and see new things or see things in a new light. Being that it is now November this may prove a difficult task. So here in begins my haibun journey.

Day 1 -First Snow

Coral pinks rise on the black landscape. The sky — a cold winter grey. The lawn is littered with autumn leaves. As the light encroaches, I see the first snow on the roof tops. Yesterday’s warmth is all but forgotten.
